Spirii is a forward-thinking company at the forefront of innovation, driven by a passion for sustainability and making an impact. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Nordic Sales team and play a key role in strengthening our presence in the Nordics.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager (AM) in Denmark, you will take ownership of managing and expanding relationships with Medium and Large clients. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing new opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery of our solutions, primarily within Denmark, with occasional involvement across the Nordic region. You will collaborate closely with the Nordic Sales team and other departments to execute Spirii’s sales strategy and contribute to continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Relationship Management:
Develop and manage long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. Serve as the main point of contact for client engagements, contract discussions, and business development activities.
- Business Development:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with a focus on Medium and Large accounts. Actively grow Spirii’s market share in Denmark and support expansion efforts in other Nordic markets.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
Lead the development and execution of sales plans tailored to customer segments and verticals. Align activities with broader company objectives and revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized solutions. Ensure seamless handover and execution of projects post-sale.
- Account Planning and Reporting:
Develop account plans, track performance, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. Use CRM tools to maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Problem Solving and Customer Advocacy:
Anticipate and resolve client challenges proactively. Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their needs are reflected in product and service delivery.
- Travel:
Travel regularly within Denmark and occasionally in the Nordics to meet clients, attend events, and represent Spirii.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development, ideally within tech, energy, or mobility sectors.
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of the Danish market landscape, trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive commercial outcomes.
- Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented approach.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Work Environment: A collaborative, inclusive, and open workplace supporting your work-life balance.
- Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary, company pension plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.
- Time Off: 32 days of paid vacation (5 weeks + 5 extra days) and paid parental leave.
- Career Development: Opportunities to grow your career in a high-impact, high-growth industry.
- Purpose-Driven Work: Be part of shaping the future of sustainable energy and eMobility.
