Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc., a leader in fire protection across Canada, is expanding and looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our team!

We welcome recent graduates who are eager to launch their careers in account management and take on new professional challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and build strong relationships with our clients.
• Help manage service contracts and ensure clients are satisfied.
• Share inspection results and help clients understand any issues with their fire protection systems.
• Work with clients to help them stay compliant with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with our Operations team to make sure client needs are met.
• Keep track of your assigned accounts and ensure they receive excellent service.
• Assist the sales team with bringing in new business.
• Learn how to negotiate service terms that work for both the client and Onyx-Fire.
• Work toward goals related to client satisfaction and company growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or account support experience (co-op or internship experience counts!).
• Interest in learning about fire protection, HVAC, or electrical systems (experience is a bonus, but not required).
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
• A team player who’s eager to learn and grow with us.
• Someone looking for a long-term opportunity with room to advance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
