Our locations:
Brookvale (our flagship site with multiple specialist sales centres), Peakhurst, Mona Vale, Terrey Hills, Hornsby, and Dural.


What You'll Be Doing:
As an Account Manager, you'll drive new business growth and manage customer relationships across Brookvale, contributing to the company's success by achieving targets and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts and acting as the primary point of contact
  • Monitoring customer needs and proactively identifying opportunities to expand business with existing accounts
  • Negotiating and closing new sales while ensuring successful onboarding and implementation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking functions

What We're Looking For:

  • External Sales / Account Management experience in the construction or building supply industry is preferred.
  • Previous on-the-road sales experience with a strong interest the construction industry
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and grow revenue
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and computer skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
  • Strong planning, organisation, and autonomous work capabilities
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Australian work authorisation required
