Account Manager – Brookvale Based

Our core customers: Builders and trade professionals, and we pride ourselves on delivering the products, expertise, and service they rely on to get the job done.
Our locations: Brookvale (our flagship site with multiple specialist sales centres), Peakhurst, Mona Vale, Terrey Hills, Hornsby, and Dural.
What You'll Be Doing: As an Account Manager, you'll drive new business growth and manage customer relationships across Brookvale, contributing to the company's success by achieving targets and ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts and acting as the primary point of contact
- Monitoring customer needs and proactively identifying opportunities to expand business with existing accounts
- Negotiating and closing new sales while ensuring successful onboarding and implementation
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities
- Representing the company at industry events and networking functions
What We're Looking For:
- External Sales / Account Management experience in the construction or building supply industry is preferred.
- Previous on-the-road sales experience with a strong interest the construction industry
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and grow revenue
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and computer skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
- Strong planning, organisation, and autonomous work capabilities
- Valid driver's licence
- Australian work authorisation required
