Account Manager (Landscape Install / Maintenance)

We’re in the search for an important new team member:

This is a long-term, year round position where you’ll get to blend your love for plants, design, and people while helping our team continue growing in our local towns.

One positive about working here is that we understand you have a life outside of work, family comes first. We have busy seasons when we need you here but we're also happy to create a schedule that works for both of us.

You’ll be joining a motivated, supportive team that truly enjoys what we do. We’ve been in business for 15 years, just won Best of Bucks County 2025, and have expanded from New Hope into Newtown and Doylestown. We’re a smaller team with only 3 in the office and 25 people total. Your work will have a real impact, and you’ll always see the results of your efforts.

Some of the job responsibilities once your trained with our systems:

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and clear communication
• Meet customers and team leaders on-site to review projects and plant selections
• Assist with estimating and project management
• Design and refine landscapes
• Order plants and materials; coordinate deliveries
• Help organize daily schedules, photos, receipts, and time tracking
• Research new landscape opportunities and contracts
• Contribute to company content: photos, videos, and updates of our projects
• Provide team guidance and positive leadership
• Manage light administrative tasks (emails, invoicing, QuickBooks, mailings, etc.)

Every day is different, and you’ll be part of every stage of our process, from the first client meeting to seeing the finished design come to life.
