Your Role

As our new Account Manager, you will:

  • Proactively build new relationships and expand your network.
  • Understand client needs and know how to align our services to provide the perfect solution.
  • Identify opportunities with both new and existing clients and focus on the leads that matter.
  • Have a passion for recruitment and the ability to screen candidates effectively.
  • Gain energy from matching the right experts with the right opportunities.
  • Work in a structured, organized way, with a friendly and open personality.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships by ensuring client satisfaction and anticipating potential needs.
  • Work independently while enjoying being part of a team.

Your Profile

To succeed as an Account Manager, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial activities such as account management or business development.
  • Experience in recruitment and/or headhunting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to close deals and an understanding of both financial and human aspects of the business.
  • An independent mindset, ready to take action and help shape the sales strategy.
  • Experience or affinity with IT solutions.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.
