We are looking to hire a Team of “top-performing” Account Managers. We have cultivated a much-desired "work-from-home" environment, which includes excellent pay, no sales, no cold calling, and desirable work hours (no nights, no weekends and most Federal Holidays off).

The right Account Manager for this job must have experience in telephone communications with the ability to initiate and receive up to 80 calls per day for account follow up. This Account Manager must be able to give attention to detail, be self-driven, have the ability to multi-task, possess talent for critical thinking and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in contributing to a results-oriented, high performing team. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who have a proven track record for success and want to be rewarded for bottom line results they provide to the company. Right now, 80% of our account managers are earning over $20-$25 per hour with bonuses added in. Are you one of those 80%?

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Primary focus is delivering exceptional and professional telephone communications
• Adhere to company’s internal compliance and quality assurance procedures
• Problem solving and decision-making skills is a MUST
• Inbound/outbound calls working with employers as well as consumers
• Meet company’s performance metrics
• Ability to work and excel in a Team driven environment
• PC skills; experience with windows-based computer applications

Qualifications:

• Must be located in the Phoenix Metro Area (Arizona)
• Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telephone communications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collections or customer service
• In-home functional workspace free from distractions (all equipment is provided by employer after successful training completion)
• In-home high-speed internet with a min of 25 Mbps upload & download
• "Self-Starter" with the ability to stay focused is a MUST
• Above average communication skills
• Critical account management skills
• Skilled with PC and Microsoft Office products
• Children are not allowed in the workspace during work hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
