Job Description

- Position Title: Account Manager/Business Development Manager (IT Business Solutions)
- Working Location: Redhill (Nearest MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $6,000
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and uphold consistent sales methodologies.
- Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to strategy development, proposal, presentation, and successful conclusion in IT & Digital services within a specified market segment.
- Meet sales targets by building a robust pipeline, establishing legitimate connections within the target market, delivering presentations to key decision-makers, executing pilot projects, and securing full-service production agreements.
- Set sales goals based on accurate forecasts.
- Oversee and cultivate major customer accounts, coordinating with account management supports as necessary.
- Handle all aspects of contractual negotiations including terms, duration, and pricing.
- Build and sustain relationships at the executive level, adapting to and communicating effectively about the prospective customers' organizational culture.
- Continuously engage with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage ongoing client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction, oversee subsequent work orders, and identify new opportunities based on evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with the Technical Solution Pre-sales and Delivery teams to create tailored quotations and proposals based on client specifications.
- Work closely with Operations/Delivery Teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
- Ensure accurate and compliant production of sales documentation, adhering strictly to company policies.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop strategic initiatives that achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform cold calling to secure meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop partnerships with vendors and suppliers to enhance business opportunities.
- Document and report on all customer inquiries monthly as required by the sales manager.

- With at least 5 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
- Candidates with Business ERP, Enterprise Retail Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure and/or Security Solutions experience will be advantageous.
