Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Executive (Fresher) to join our Medical Billing team. The candidate will be responsible for following up on unpaid insurance claims, analyzing denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance payers.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims with insurance companies

Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and payment postings

Identify and resolve claim denials and rejections

Work on AR aging reports and prioritize outstanding claims

Communicate with insurance payers via calls and online portals

Update claim status and maintain accurate records in billing systems

Coordinate with internal teams (coding, charge entry) to resolve issues

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications Education

Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or any discipline

Certification or training in Medical Billing/RCM is a plus

Skills

Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable concepts

Willingness to learn US Healthcare & Medical Billing

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, data entry)

Attention to detail and analytical skills

Preferred Knowledge (Not Mandatory)

US Healthcare Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Plans)

CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS (basic awareness)

AR Follow-up process and denial management

Training & Growth

On-the-job training will be provided

Competitive salary for freshers
