Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our portfolio management team. This key role involves managing client relationships, supporting portfolio optimization, and delivering outstanding service to investors. You will act as a vital link between Finexia and our clients, ensuring they receive the insights and tools needed to achieve their investment goals.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through the following responsibilities:

Client Account Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for investors, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless portfolio management experience.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through account setup and portfolio options.

Investor Relationship Building

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both individual and institutional investors.
  • Keep clients informed about portfolio performance, market trends, and emerging investment opportunities.

Sales and Service Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote Finexia’s portfolio management services.
  • Educate clients on various investment strategies, helping them make informed financial decisions.

Portfolio Guidance and Optimization

  • Provide personalized recommendations tailored to client objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Guide clients through Finexia’s diverse portfolio offerings, including managed funds and private credit solutions.

Problem Resolution

  • Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Ensure accurate records of client interactions and portfolio activities are kept.

Market Research and Insights

  • Stay informed on financial market developments and share insights with clients.
  • Position Finexia as a leading advisor by delivering valuable market analysis.

Required Skills and Knowledge

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and abilities:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: Previous experience in financial services, account management, or portfolio management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $96,000.00 per year
