As our current Accountant is taking a new internal position, we are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance & Administration team in Rauma and Singapore.
The job
In your role as Accountant, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable
- Handle daily cashier activities
- Take care of Payroll and other HR related tasks
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile the accounts within your responsibility areas
- Maintain accurate accounting within area of responsibilities to be in line with accounting principles and reporting schedules.
- Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes
- Contribute to Continuous Improvements within area of responsibility.
- Participate in monthly closing tasks
- Be responsible of Statutory reporting (VAT, Income register, Intrastat)
You
The position requires an independent and cooperative attitude who can quickly adapt to new ways of working. You are committed to meeting deadlines and able to prioritize independently. You have a degree in business administration or other applicable degree and experience in a similar role. Operating in international business environment requires fluent communication skills in English and Finnish.
