Job Summary
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support our management team with project‑level and company‑wide accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently within a collaborative environment and maintaining accurate, well‑documented financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare General Ledger journal entries
- Complete bank deposits and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized, detailed records with supporting documentation
- Create and distribute periodic financial reports
- Assist with year‑end tax preparation and reporting
- Support audit preparation and research activities
- Manage accurate financial records for complex accounting workflows
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred
- BA/BS in Accounting preferred (equivalent experience and related education accepted)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines
- QuickBooks experience required
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, and Teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
