In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Managing all accounting transactions: This includes recording financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial records.
• Preparing financial statements: You will create essential reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assisting with tax preparation: You will calculate taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Providing financial analysis and reporting: You will analyze financial data and generate reports to help management make informed business decisions.
• Maintaining internal controls: You will implement and maintain procedures to safeguard financial data and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Staying up-to-date on accounting standards and regulations: The accounting world is constantly evolving, and you will be responsible for staying abreast of the latest changes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, CRMs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
