Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS/TCS, and MIS reporting and be capable of maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.
• Handle GST compliance, returns, reconciliation, and related documentation.
• Manage TDS/TCS calculations, deductions, and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial statements.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Record and verify invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with monthly and periodic closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and auditors when required.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Hands-on knowledge of GST
• Knowledge of TDS & TCS
• Experience in MIS Reporting
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounting activities independently

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, GST, TDS/TCS, and MIS reporting.
• Candidates with practical experience in handling complete accounting operations will be preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
