We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with attest services: Prepare workpapers, financial statements, and assist in the completion of audits and reviews.
- Support tax services: Prepare tax returns.
- Perform accounting tasks: Assist with general accounting functions, such as data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks: Perform standard bookkeeping entries, review bookkeeping tasks performed by other personnel.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or completed a 4-year accounting degree program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong interest in the accounting field.
