At Corendon Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, payments, and ensuring smooth financial operations within our growing hospitality business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing and verifying supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Managing payments and ensuring timely settlements.
• Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Communicating with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Supporting the Finance team with administrative tasks and process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• A background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
