Location: On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Bookkeeper / Office Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling daily accounting operations including inbound calls, cash management, A/R and A/P, purchase orders, inventory receipts, sales order entry, work order processing, and invoicing.
  • Managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings and reconciliations across multiple business entities, ensuring completion by the 10th of each month.
  • Overseeing new hire onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
  • Processing bi-weekly payroll and managing direct deposit functions.
  • Filing all state and federal tax forms and ensuring compliance across multiple small businesses.
  • Preparing financial statements, budget reports, and forecasting data for management review.
  • Maintaining accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
  • Supporting the team with various administrative and cross-functional tasks as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (manufacturing environment a plus).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required.
  • Experience working across multiple legal entities is strongly preferred.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(Some after-hours work may be required during close cycles or software updates.)
