We are now looking for an Accountant/Process Controller, Record-to-Close to join our Global Accounting and Reporting services team for a fixed term position during 1.7.2026-28.2.2028. The position is located in Tampere, Finland or in Wroclaw, Poland.

What you will do

  • Driving high-quality and timely execution of Record-to-Close process, taking full ownership of end-to-end process delivery and ensuring the accuracy of reported financial information in own area
  • Ensuring integrity, accuracy and compliance of financial and management reporting by taking full ownership and accountability
  • Perform complex accounting tasks in own area, focusing especially on Group, Statutory and Tax reporting
  • Contributing to projects and process development enhancing data quality and efficiency
  • Collaborating closely with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships to drive operational excellence


Who you are

You are a self-directed finance professional with a solution-oriented mindset. Your analytical skills, record to report process understanding and prioritizing capabilities contribute to the success of the whole team. To succeed in this role:

  • You have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting and reporting processes
  • You have good analytical skills and the ability to understand and conceptualize complex processes and data flows
  • You have good collaboration, influencing and team working skills with a flexible, positive and proactive attitude towards change and a global work environment
  • You have good IT skills. In addition to normal MS Office tools, experience of SAP ECC and or S/4 and visualization tools such as PowerBI are considered an asset
  • You are comfortable using English as working language
  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in finance, preferably in accounting, taxation or business administration
  • Experience of similar industry and business processes are considered as an asset
