We are currently looking for a new Accounting and Controlling SAP Specialist, to join our team in Brussels. This is a permanent and full-time position.

The main purpose is to perform all the required activities needed it to Support Finance Manager in order to guarantee Financial, compliance l security of Belgium and Netherlands legal entities towards local regulations and group policies. Contribute toward transversal projects of processes alignments and SOP.

Main tasks:

• Secure financial quality data sign off in SAP
• Support on financial/tax reporting at entity level
• Support transversal production/sales teams on Business continuity
• Secure conversion of payroll data and payroll taxes signoff on accounting books
• Tax compliance for BE and NL Legal entity.
• Support on implementation of systems and legal tax requirements
• Group and Statutory audit support
• Dunning follow up and KPI ‘s monitoring
• Contact with customers for cash collection and mediation with Production teams on potential customers feedback at service level

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Management, Tax or Audit
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in tax or financial Controlling
• Experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• French is a plus
