Midwest Fabricators is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join the team.
- Must take ownership of core tasks and communicate effectively with all operations.
- AR data entry
- AP data entry
- Enter financial transactions as directed
- Payroll data entry
- Distribute reports
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures, past accounting experience would be desirable
- Hands on experience with MS Excel.
- Be familiar with MS Office
- Be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to multitask.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
This is an in-office position and remote work is not available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
