Bisceglia & Associates is currently looking for a Accounting - Bookkeeper to join our team. Experience in PC law - PCLAW needed. Our ideal candidates will be highly motivated, ambitious, and willing to provide accounting support to our accounting department. Your salary will reflect your previous work experience. Benefits are available after a 3-month probationary period.

Responsibilities

Provide PC Law - accounting and Bookkeeper support to the accounting department, including:

- Assist senior accounting and bookkeeping personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, PCLAW, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part

- Key in or type up any documents or items that the accounting department is responsible for, including checks and invoices, as well as vouchers, accounting statements, and other reports and records in accounting software and database

- Prepare bank deposits and deposit checks on timely manner

- attend bank

- Update receivables by totalling unpaid invoices.

- Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures

- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions

- Constantly update job knowledge

- Filing of electronic and hard files.

- Various other duties as assigned.
