Accounting & Payroll Clerk – Auckland, NZ (30-40 hours per week)

Are you an organised and detail-oriented accounting professional looking for a flexible role? We’re seeking an Accounting & Payroll Clerk to join our team in Auckland on a part-time or full-time basis (30-40 hours per week).

Your Role Will Include:

  • Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with NZ employment laws
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconciling bank transactions and preparing financial reports
  • Assisting with GST, PAYE, and other tax filings
  • Providing administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in accounting and payroll (Xero experience preferred)
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Good communication and organisational skills
✔ Knowledge of NZ payroll and tax regulations
✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
