We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organization. This position requires proficiency in various accounting software and a solid understanding of financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable.

Boyd Moving & Storage Ltd. is a trusted name in the moving industry, providing seamless domestic and international moving services. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Clerk to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle MoverOne invoicing and quarterly billing
• Process domestic and international quarterly invoicing
• Process monthly government vehicle invoicing
• Process government invoicing for LTS, Air, and SEA shipments
• Manage long-distance claims
• Perform revenue distribution tasks
• Support general accounting functions as required

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in general accounting practices
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and strong work ethic
• Previous experience working with a van line is a strong asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
