• You perform monthly reconciliations for invoicing, bank accounts, and transport-related accounts
• You manage accruals and the accuracy of the data
• You address supplier queries and resolve supplier discrepancies in a timely manner
• You assist in the maintenance of a digital archive for financial documents and records
• You prepare and ensure the accuracy of the specific recording
• You collaborate with team members to enhance the efficiency of accounting processes
• You utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, providing insights into financial performance.
• You assist with any ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed.

• You just finished your high school diploma or want to gain first experience after finishing your university diploma
• You bring a strong understanding of accounting principles
• You have knowledge of accruals and reconciliations is a plus
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel
• You pay attention to detail and accuracy in financial recording
• You bring strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken complete pour profile
