Established in 1973, with headquarters in Cork and 40+ office locations nationwide, we offer a range of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Agri-Consultancy, Financial and Business Advisory to a diversified portfolio of almost 30,000 clients.
We are seeking to hire an Accounting Consultant in our Cork City HQ office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients annually and develop strong client relationships through continuous engagement.
- Working with an ambitious team of experts, scheduling client assignments and developing consulting opportunities.
- Management of client assignments ensuring the key objectives are delivered as required and in a timely manner.
- Input into and assisting with the office work plan and diversification.
- Dealing with ad-hoc client queries.
- Proactive client engagement on project opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- Motivated self-starter with an ambition to continue progressing successfully your career.
- Effective and personable business advisor to clients.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Experience of dealing and consulting with clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in practice accounting as a Qualified Accountant.
