We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the full set of accounts and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions in a stable and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
- Monitor suppliers' invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and transactions.
- Review and verify employee claims for disbursement.
- Prepare month-end closing documents such as the General Ledger, journals, schedules, and reconciliations (including intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation).
- Maintain sales contracts, track sales income, and manage payments with monthly reporting.
- Manage CPF, payroll for staff, and levies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage and resolve issues.
- Handle quarterly GST submissions and annual tax filings.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and authorized by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- We are currently prioritising candidates who are authorized to work in Singapore.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
