We work efficiently and effectively to support our clients with all of their accounting needs including payroll, bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and reviews.
As an outsourced accountant, you will work directly with clients and other team members to record and maintain accurate financial reports, deliver timely payroll, tax filings, bank reconciliations, record accounts payable transactions, submit payments to vendors on the client’s behalf and even prepare for your client to be audited.
This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
Requirements include:
- A 2-year degree in bookkeeping or related field or an equivalent amount of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks and the ability to quickly learn new technology
- 1-2 years accounting experience (strongly recommended)
