We are looking for a self-motivated, organised and professional individual to fulfil an Accounting Technician role in our Dundalk head office.

Duties will include:

  • Bank administration duties; monitoring cashflow, inter-account transfers and reconciling daily banking transactions
  • Reconciling banks, accounts payable and receivable monthly to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Preparing VAT returns bi-monthly
  • Posting Month end Journals
  • Weekly payroll processing and Revenue submissions
  • Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
  • General office admin projects & duties.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • IATI: Accounting Technician or Relevant financial Qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role/environment
  • Sage & Payday experience is preferable and applicants must be proficient across all MS Office applications with a focus on Excel.

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday. 09:00 - 14:30

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
