Overview
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proficiency in various office software. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and providing support to the accounts team, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including data entry.
- Maintain and organise files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Support financial processes by managing invoices and basic bookkeeping
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
