THE ROLE
We are looking someone to join our growing finance and payroll team to provide polished results within both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable space. As a multi tasker, we are looking for someone who can think outside the box and problem solve while they crunch numbers.
As a key part of the finance team, you will help ensure our financial processes operate in an accurate and timely manner. If you love variety, and thrive in a fast paced environment, then this role is for you. No two days will be the same - processing creditor invoices, customer invoices, debtor and creditor reconciliations, assist the Operations team with queries and information requests, month end journals/tasks, GL close off processes, support in reporting, weekly payroll, forecasts, budgets and audits just to name a few.
Then to really expand your experience you can get involved in general ledger to trial balance & balance sheet reconciliations, allocating payments, account reconciliation, investigation, solving queries and so much more!
You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to build relationships quickly. Self motivated, you will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to work independently.
As our invoicing is detailed, you will have excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of financial processes. You can pick up new systems with ease and be naturally savvy with numbers. Highly organised, you will be able to work well under pressure and enjoy finance administration.
With our NZ business in growth mode - and because you get to join a team that is future focused, you will get to train and develop into all areas of finance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team where you can learn, gain valuable experience and grow into a well rounded financial expert.
