EZ Living Interiors are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join our team in our Head Office in Little Island.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the collection of accounts data from stores and ensure accuracy on company accounts and ledgers.
- Data input on the Intact system.
- Reconciliations and handling refunds, and the end of day function.
- Ensure accurate recording and logging of all tasks to ensure we have relevant, up to date & consistent information.
- Undertake any other reasonable finance/accounts/admin duties & projects which may be required/necessary as part of the role
- Performing office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in an Administration role an advantage.
- Experience with full Office Suite, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Exceptional standard of communication skills, both written (English) and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong attention to detail skills and process focused.
- Excellent time management, analytical and organised.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
