What is the Opportunity?
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator with excellent attention to detail to join our team in Auckland. This full-time role supports the Senior Finance Manager with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Intercompany Accounts, Credit Control, Management Reporting, Tax Returns, and Statutory Accounts preparation.

Your role will involve:
  • Overseeing Accounts Payable, including processing and payment of suppliers.
  • Performing Inter-Company Account Reconciliations at month-ends.
  • Overseeing Accounts Receivable, including billing runs and rental invoice schedules.
  • Maintaining and supporting the Rentals application.
  • Processing Intercompany sales orders and invoices.
  • Handling customer account queries and credit control for key accounts.
  • Assisting with end-of-month financial reporting and management reports.
  • Supporting tax returns and Statutory Accounts preparation.
  • Maintaining internal control systems and support annual audits.
  • Assisting with M3 software implementation and maintenance.

Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
