What is the Opportunity?
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator with excellent attention to detail to join our team in Auckland. This full-time role supports the Senior Finance Manager with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Intercompany Accounts, Credit Control, Management Reporting, Tax Returns, and Statutory Accounts preparation.
Your role will involve:
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, including processing and payment of suppliers.
- Performing Inter-Company Account Reconciliations at month-ends.
- Overseeing Accounts Receivable, including billing runs and rental invoice schedules.
- Maintaining and supporting the Rentals application.
- Processing Intercompany sales orders and invoices.
- Handling customer account queries and credit control for key accounts.
- Assisting with end-of-month financial reporting and management reports.
- Supporting tax returns and Statutory Accounts preparation.
- Maintaining internal control systems and support annual audits.
- Assisting with M3 software implementation and maintenance.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
