The Evergo Tours office at Parammal, Ramanattukara functions as the back-end support office for Wordcraft, handling essential administrative and accounting tasks.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant to support the Accounts Department of Wordcraft Legal Translations while working from our Evergo Tours’ back-end office in Ramanattukara. The candidate will assist in daily accounting tasks, documentation, data entry, financial tracking, and coordination with the UAE head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Handle daily accounting entries including invoices, receipts, and payment registrations.
- Support in preparing monthly statements, reconciliations, and expense reports.
- Manage and update client payment status, outstanding reports, and follow-ups.
- Assist in payroll preparation, petty cash handling, and reimbursement processes.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department in UAE for regular updates and task follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing systems (digital & physical).
- Perform data entry with accuracy and update accounting software as required.
- Support internal audits and provide necessary documentation when requested.
- Assist with any additional accounting or administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (freshers may also apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills & the ability to coordinate with UAE teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
