The Evergo Tours office at Parammal, Ramanattukara functions as the back-end support office for Wordcraft, handling essential administrative and accounting tasks.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Assistant to support the Accounts Department of Wordcraft Legal Translations while working from our Evergo Tours’ back-end office in Ramanattukara. The candidate will assist in daily accounting tasks, documentation, data entry, financial tracking, and coordination with the UAE head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Handle daily accounting entries including invoices, receipts, and payment registrations.
  • Support in preparing monthly statements, reconciliations, and expense reports.
  • Manage and update client payment status, outstanding reports, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, petty cash handling, and reimbursement processes.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department in UAE for regular updates and task follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing systems (digital & physical).
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and update accounting software as required.
  • Support internal audits and provide necessary documentation when requested.
  • Assist with any additional accounting or administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (freshers may also apply).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills & the ability to coordinate with UAE teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
