Full Time

· Prepare payment to vendor and staff claims

· Matches and check the supplier invoice with approved purchase order or material requisition form

· Prepare inventory costing

· Prepare of expenses schedules

· Data entry into accounting system and assist in month-end closing

· Check vendor’s Statement of account and resolve if any discrepancy

· Able to meet account closing deadlines

· Other ad-hoc as assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma in accounting/finance or equivalent professional qualifications

· Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office

· Ensure comply internal control system and procedures

· Possess initiative and ability to work independently

· Strong problem solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
Monday to Friday

Experience:

Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
