We are recruiting for an Account Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our friendly team here at Delphi Resort. Excellent package offered to the right candidate.
The role includes managing the following areas:
- Fortnightly payroll and expense reporting
- Bimonthly vat return
- Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors, Bank account, VAT Control account and PAYE Control Account on monthly basis
- Cash reconciliation and control
- Sales reconciliation
- Preparing supplier payment runs
- Preparation of weekly internal reports
- Preparation of monthly accounts
An ideal candidate will have:
- Experience using Cloud Accounting software such as Xero, Brightpay, Hubdoc, Dext
- Ability to work well as part of a team and by themselves
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Problem solving attitude
- Ability to adapt various accounting software and technologies and be tech savvy.
