Accounts Assistant & Administrator

Noble Fitout Ltd – Carlow

Location: Carlow
Job Type: Full-Time

Noble Fitout Ltd, a growing fit-out and construction company in Carlow, is looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant & Administrator to join our office team. This role combines finance support with general office administration — perfect for someone organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with Sage.

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, and payments
  • Assist with payroll and employee expense reconciliation
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain financial and project records
  • Assist with month-end and year-end accounts preparation
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve account queries
  • General office administration, emails, filing, and document control

Requirements

  • Experience using Sage accounting software (required)
  • Previous experience in an accounts and/or administrative role (construction/fit-out experience beneficial)
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and Irish financial regulations
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
