Job Description

Associate

As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in hiring blue and grey collar workers for various industries. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Provide support to recruiters in all aspects of the recruitment process
Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events

Good to have:

Prior experience in recruitment, especially in blue and grey collar jobs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player mentality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
