Our family owned and run company are expanding and are currently looking to fill the role of Accounts and Office Administration. If you are looking for an exciting and welcoming place to work, please look at the list of qualifications below.

The position involves working independently and as a team. Previous experience in accounts, banking, office administration would be a distinct advantage, however if your previous experience in similar roles and can demonstrate an aptitude for quick learning, training can be provided.

Accounts, Banking and Office Administration Duties & Responsibilities

· Ensure timely, accurate tracking and inputting of banking information

· Entering of invoices

· Following up on queries regarding outstanding payments

· Information gathering

· Update and inform management of items straying from timelines

· Answering queries in a professional and timely manner

· Assist and seek to resolve any invoice queries with suppliers or internal customers as required

· Provide admin support

· Ad-hoc tasks for the senior executives including reporting and expense management

Skills for Accounts and Office Administration

· A team player as well as being able to work independently

· Well organized, dedicated, reliable, and meticulous way of working together with resilience and flexibility

· A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing; Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects

· Friendly nature and well-groomed appearance coupled with a professional presence.

· Trustworthy and professional

· Detail orientated

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style

· Candidates should be looking for long term career within the company

· Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel

· Fluent English

Desired experience for Accounts and Office Administrator includes:

· Experience working in an office environment

· Prior experience assisting with banking, accounting, purchase invoices, sales invoices, tracking and problem resolution
