About Us: MMP Refratech Pvt Ltd is involved in Turnkey Refractory projects for Power, Steel, Chemical, Fertilizer, Petrochemical etc. industries. The company is Authorized Dealer for some leading Refractorymanufacturersandhencestocksandsuppliesthesamematerialfromtheirwarehousein Chakan Industrial Area, Pune. We have some in-house labour team (around 25 labourers on company payroll) and majorly on contract basis as per projects.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Executive to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements ,vendor management, labour management.

2. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.

3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

4. Prepare and submit tax returns, TDS returns, and other statutory returns.

5. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.

6. Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

7. Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure seamless financial operations.

8. Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting.

3. Professional certification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

4. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, compliance and regulatory requirements.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with financial planning and budgeting, legal compliances.

2. Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.

3. Familiarity with auditing procedures.
