About Us
ThinkOrange Consulting is a fast-growing Finance & Compliance Outsourcing Firm serving clients across India. We handle end-to-end Accounting, Taxation, and regulatory compliance for businesses — and we're looking for sharp, motivated individuals to join our team!
Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter
Roles & Responsibilities :
You'll be working on client accounts handling some or all of the following:
Accounting & Bookkeeping — Day-to-day entries, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations.
GST Compliance — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, Reconciliations etc
GST Litigation Support — Drafting replies, Preparing Documentation for Notices & Hearings, Liasoning with GST Officers.
ROC / MCA Filings — Annual returns, form filings, company compliance
Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) — Processing and Managing DSC Applications
Financial Reporting — MIS Reports, P&L, Balance Sheet preparation for clients
What We're Looking For
- Working knowledge of Tally & MS Excel is a must,
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Companies Act is a plus,
- Comfortable handling multiple clients simultaneously,
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated,
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of client deliverables.
Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience & Skills.
