Job Role Overview

We are hiring an Accounts Executive with strong experience in FMCG accounting, billing, and daily finance operations. The candidate should be well-versed in Tally and capable of handling routine accounts work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP
• Handle FMCG billing, invoicing, and sales entries
• Manage purchase entries, expense vouchers, and stock-related accounts
• Support GST, TDS and statutory compliance documentation
• Maintain ledger accounts, bank reconciliation, and petty cash
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse team for dispatch & billing support
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Handle vendor payments and customer collections follow-up

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Experience in FMCG accounting, distribution billing & inventory support
• Basic understanding of GST, invoices, debit/credit notes
• Good MS Excel and reporting skills
• Strong coordination and communication abilities

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidates only
• Must be an immediate joiner
• Candidate should stay near Thiruparankundram / Madurai nearby areas
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in FMCG accounts preferred

Salary

Salary will be as per market standards and based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
