Accounts Invoicing Administrator

At Future Learning, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. Our accounts receivable department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash inflow and collecting payment from agents. We’re searching for a skilled financial person to join our accounts receivable team to help process, track, and record invoices in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Salary: €28,000 - €34,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time Permanent Contract with six months probation
Reports to: Financial Controller.
Locations: Future Learning City Centre School &Head Office in Malahide
Objectives of this role
- Support the company in optimizing our account systems
- Communicate discrepancies to management team
- Communicating effectively with other departments
- Assist in streamlining the invoicing process by identifying areas for performance improvement
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and comply with national and local financial requirements
Non-exhaustive list of Duties coordinated with our accountant
- Liasing with the sales and admissions teams in preparing and verifying young learner invoices to be sent to clients.
- Ensuring the invoices are prepared on Intrinsiq and Sync to the accounting software.
- Be familiar with item pricing and keep up to date with the invoicing requirements for all the following programmes:
- - Irish Summer Individuals Invoices
- - Irish Summer Group Invoices
- - UK Summer Group Invoices
- - Mini-stay Group Invoices
- - Highschool Invoices
- Liaise with the admissions team to get clarification where it is unclear about anything that is to be included on the invoice.
- Updating existing invoices to reflect any changes
- Assisting with UK transactions during Summer Peak and chasing for reconciliation
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong mathematical skills
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Superb time management and detail orientation
- Proficiency with Google Drive
- Ability to keep company and partner confidences
- Preferred skills and qualifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00-€34,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Street, Malahide, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
