About us: Ritzz Continental Corner is a heritage Indian mithai and food brand from Lucknow with three retail outlets, and expanding, an in‑house bakery, fast‑food , multicusine & chaat counters, catering services, namkeen production and a factory unit. We’re growing rapidly and seek an experienced Accounts Manager to own finance & accounting operations across retail, catering and factory channels.

Short Job Summary (Indeed-friendly)
We’re hiring an Accounts Manager to manage end‑to‑end accounting, reporting, compliance and finance processes for our multi‑unit F&B and manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and MIS skills, experience with multi‑outlet retail and production accounting, knowledge of GST/FSSAI-related invoicing and statutory compliance, and the ability to implement controls and streamline processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting: journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, bank & cash management, AR/AP and payroll coordination.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow reports; produce timely MIS for the GM and ownership.
• Manage outlet & factory daily sales reconciliation, POS batching, cash collection controls, and inter-branch accounting.
• Supervise vendor invoicing, purchase order matching, timely payments and vendor reconciliations; negotiate payment terms where appropriate.
• Handle payroll processing, statutory deductions, PF/ESI filings and employer compliance coordination with HR.
• Ensure timely GST invoicing, returns (GSTR) preparation and filing coordination with tax consultant; maintain GST records for inputs, credit and e‑invoices where applicable.
• Maintain and manage inventory accounting (raw materials, WIP, finished goods), stock valuations, cost of goods sold calculations and periodic physical stock audits.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, SOPs for cash handling, expense approvals and vendor onboarding to reduce leakage and improve auditability.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and management/board reviews; work with external CA/audit teams to provide schedules and clarifications.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; drive cost-control initiatives for food cost, wastage and overheads.
• Implement or manage ERP/POS/accounting software usage and train relevant staff on accurate data capture.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• CA Inter / B.Com with 4–8 years’ experience in accounting & finance; CA qualified or part‑qualified is a plus.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience with multi‑outlet retail, F&B or food manufacturing accounting preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance for MSME/manufacturing entities.
• Hands‑on experience with Tally / Busy / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software; experience with POS/ERP integrations preferred.
• Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas) and comfortable building MIS dashboards.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
