Mō te tūnga | About the role

As an Accounts Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, resolving queries, and preparing regular payment runs. Your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, maintaining supplier information, and adhering to internal control procedures. You will also support system enhancements, assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and archiving, and collaborate with team members to achieve organisational goals while providing high-quality corporate services.

We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Recent experience in an accounts role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A tertiary qualification in accounting and reconciliation experience (desirable).
