Job Description:
Able to review word documents (invoices) and match them to an excel spreadsheet
Need to have the ability to work within excel spreadsheets - sorting, filtering, adding columns/lines.
Must have exp in an ERP program
Must be able to move electronic files between folders following company processes and protocols
- AP review and payment oversight via, wire transfer and other standard methods.
- Reconcile AP balance sheet accounts using word and excel programs
- Resolve Inventory PO matching holds
- Prepare monthly AP account reconciliations
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
- Additional responsibilities as required
- Manage vendor communications desk.
- Research supplier payments and Invoices.
- Match invoices in an ERP system - Oracle
- Correct issues within oracle
- Work with the AP supervisor on Special projects
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $26.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
