Pinnacle Family Health (PFH) seeks a detail-oriented, professional, qualified person to fill our Director of Quality Improvement position. The person selected for this position will provide leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care services.

Position Overview:
Accounts Payable Clerk
Detailed Areas of Responsibility:
A. Invoice Processing – coding to correct funding sources, review, verify, and enter invoices into accounting software.
B. Ensure invoices are accurate and properly authorized before payment is issued.
C. Maintain accurate vendor records – communicating with vendors regarding payment status, discrepancies, or issues.
D. Ensure all financial policies and procedures are followed for compliance with grant funding and internal financial controls.
E. Maintain organized records for audits and financial reporting.
F. Assist the CFO and Comptroller with month-end closings and generate AP-related reports as needed.
G. Receives and processes incoming mail and distributes it to the appropriate departments within the facility.
H. Assists in preparing yearly audit work papers and assists in annual audit activities.
I. Administrative duties include, but are not limited to, filing, photocopying, composing correspondence, and responding to email.
Qualifications:
A. Must be proficient in QuickBooks Professional and have working knowledge of fund accounting.
B. Ability to think, read, write, and understandably speak English. Practical verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals across the organization.
C. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in the workplace.
D. Possesses a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations. Must have expertise using the Microsoft Office software suite.
E. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure confidentiality.
Education and/or Experience:
A. High School diploma or equivalent required; Minimum Associate’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Work Location: In person
