Accounts Payable Clerk - General Cashier

Inputs invoices promptly and accurately after verifying all the proper supporting documents are included along with managers approvals. Generate weekly payments.

Will also be responsible for all General Cashiering functions, including daily cash payouts to food service staff. Generating change orders. Conducting monthly bank audits and promptly reporting any discrepancies.

Receives and consolidates all cash and checks and prepares for the daily bank deposit. Maintains records of daily cash receipts and transactions.

Processes annual 1099's and other projects assigned by the Directorof Finance.

Seeking previous hotel experience.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
