Kells
Skyway is currently hiring a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator. This role offers strong exposure across a broad range of activities and reports directly to the Finance Manager.
What the role involves:
- Reviewing and processing supplier invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Completing supplier reconciliations and managing payment runs
- Acting as a main point of contact for supplier queries
- Reviewing and processing sales invoices
- Debt collection
- Credit card reconciliations
- Daily banking postings
- RCT
- Point of contact for Fuel Cards, Parking Tags and Mobile phone providers.
- Processing inventory work sheets.
What they're looking for:
- 3+ year experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or a general finance role
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work on your own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
