About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role, and experience with accounting software such as Yardi. Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

This is an onsite role based in Santa Clara, CA, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

*** Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is preferred due to international communication. ***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Management: Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Invoice Review: Review invoices and expense reports for proper documentation, approvals, and accuracy.
  • Vendor Communication: Liaise with vendors to address and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
  • Financial Records Maintenance: Maintain well-organized financial records and ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the finance department with additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Yardi or other accounting software is a must

Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and vendors.

Compensation: The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
