The Accounts Receivable Clerk/PAP Clerk is responsible for covering a wide variety of clerical office duties, in support of company administration. This includes processing and posting payments, recording transactions, preparing account statements and communicating with condominium owners by writing or by phone. The successful candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office, possess strong interpersonal skills, be capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods, and have excellent customer service.

Job Duties

  • Deposit preparation
  • Data entry
  • Basic filing & office duties
  • Maintain and update the PAP database for all properties, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client banking information.
  • Record and allocate incoming e-transfers, cheques, and other forms of payment to appropriate accounts.
  • Monitor and follow up on rejected or returned PAP transactions, coordinating with property managers or residents as needed.

Experience

  • College diploma in accounting, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 years in a related role
  • Preference given to experience in residential or commercial property management
  • Bilingual is an asset, but is not necessary

Hours of Work

Monday – Thursday 9AM-5PM

Friday 9AM-4PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
