Join our Accounts Receivable Team - We are looking for Accounts Receivable Summer Trainee!
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Summer Trainee to join our Accounts Receivable team. You’ll support our finance team in Estonia and get to cooperate with both internal and external stakeholders during the summer vacation period. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career and gain hands-on experience in the field of finance and accounting. The position is in our Helsinki headquarters. The work starts in early May and lasts until mid-August.
Main Responsibilities:

Recording incoming payments to clear invoices and reconcile customer ledgers

Contacting clients to resolve any payment related matter
-
Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner
-
Ensure timely collection and communication with external collection agency
-
Handling insolvency cases
-
Communicating with internal stakeholders beyond team borders
To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

Education in finance & accounting
-
Previous experience in similar role(s)
-
Understanding the Lead to Cash process
-
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel required)
-
Knowledge of S/4HANA or other ERP systems
-
Readiness to adapt to working with multiple systems independently and deliver within deadlines
-
Fluency both in written and spoken Finnish and English (professional working proficiency)
